Mobile small-scale foam concrete mixer

The mixer is designed to prepare and transport foam concrete mixtures on the base of mineral binders and fillers, a foaming agent and water to produce constructions and products from foam concrete with average density 300-1200 kg/m3 (in the dry state).

Versatile foamconcrete facility

There has been developed a mobile facility SIC in which, as opposed to products by the Nepor firm (Germany), mixing is taking place at excess pressure in the feeding pipeline, which ensures production of foam concrete with low density.

There has been developed a compact plant for economical vertical conveying of construction mortars. Its modified version can be used for trans-portation of different viscous fluids (food, fodder and pharmaceutical masses, oil, clay suspensions).
