EQUIPMENT FOR HIGH-QUALITY ELECTROCHEMICAL TREATMENT
There has been developed and is delivered equipment
intended for high-performance treatment of essential parts with
high precision and quality of surfaces for aviation and machine-building
industries.

The equipment allows to perform point dissolution
of the surface of a treated workpiece in current-carrying fluids
under the effect of electric current.
The electrochemical treatment provides:
-
high level of localization of the process of dissolution of
the workpiece surface layer (precision 2-10 microns)
-
enhanced productivity (skinning rate – 0.5-2 mm/min, with
treatment area up to 50,000 mm2)
-
high quality of the surface after treatment (Ra=0.32-0.63
micron).
During treatment the part and electrode-tool are
not exposed to mechanical effects, there is no wear of the electrode-tool
used.
The treatment parameters practically do not depend
on hardness and composition of the treated materials.
The control system ensures stabilization of parameters
and optimization of the technological modes at variation of the
treatment conditions, allowance control, implementation of the technological
process at constant and pulse voltages, and adaptively changes the
cyclogram of the electrode-tool movement.
Neutral salts solutions (NaCl and NaNO3)
are used as operating fluid. Advantages lAs compared with the treatment
technique by electric erosion (developed by AGIE (Switzerland),
Sodick (Japan), the electrochemical method ensures higher (300-500
times) durability of expensive electrode-tool, which considerably
reduces the cost of the manufacturing process while preserving high
efficiency, precision and quality of treatment of the surface.
Batch-produced equipment
Precision machine-tool Iskra M1 for small-size
parts treatment is designed for obtaining small-diameter holes,
grooves, slits up to 0.1 mm in parts of fuel facilities equipment,
medical articles, enhanced precision mechanisms. It can be used
as a duplicating machine-tool to obtain complex volumetric parts
in jewelry production, instrument-making.

Versatile duplicating-broaching machine-tool Iskra
KP is intended for fabrication of complex-shape articles with high
requirements to the surface quality, temperature and mechanical
parameters of treatment. It is used in tool-making for production
of engravings, stamps, compression moulds, performance of repair
and restoration works.
Horizontal duplicating-broaching machine-tool Iskra
GKP is designed for treatment of large-size case parts (to obtain
complex-shape holes and grooves, in shaping of large curvilinear
surfaces). It features a large-size working chamber and a current
supply of enhanced power.
Horizontal duplicating X-Y machine-tool Iskra L2
is intended for two-side treatment of parts with complex curvilinear
surfaces. In particular, it is used for fabrication of parts for
thermal power plants.
