There has been developed processing technology
and a trial sample of the LS 250 laser stereolithograph intended
for layer-by-layer fabrication of models, parts, units and structures
of complex shapes from liquid compositions polymerizing under laser
radiation effect.
HIGH-POWER CO2 LASER OPTICS
There have been developed and are batch-produced
reflection and transmission IR optics components, including those
for industrial CO2-lasers with up to 10 kW power and for external
systems of radiation delivery and focusing.
Cathode luminescent light sources

The design has been developed and working prototypes
have been created of highly-efficient ecologically clean light sources
on the basis of the phenomenon of field electron emission from polycrystalline
and powder destructured nanocluster carbon materials.

combination of a semiconductor EBP laser and CRF's forming pump
and emission light control electron beam – are a unique Russian
science and technology achievement of the end of the 20th century.
Concept of creation of a high-velocity
laser printing machine
There has been developed a concept of creation
of high-velocity (~1ms-1) economical printing machines of the "computer
to print' type by using UV band laser radiation to selectively remove
ink from a transparent substrate (printing form) on the image carrier
(paper, plastic, etc.).
Driving units
The high-accuracy driving units for high-power
pulsed solid-state laser systems incorporate mirrors, pinholes for
the air and vacuum spacial filters and reference diaphragms.
Laser rod amplifiers
Rod amplifiers with a clear aperture of different
diameters are designed for use in pulsed high-power solid-state
laser systems.
Vacuum spatial filters
Vacuum spatial filters (VSF) are designed for smoothing
the profile of a laser beam of pulse high-power solid-state lasers.
The output aperture is up to 200 mm.
Pockels cells
Are used in high-power pulsed solid-state laser
systems. The longitudinal-field Pockels cells employ DKDP crystals
installed in a 50 Ohm stripline structure or in a lumped structure,
with the crystal impedance matching the power supply impedance.
Faraday Rotators
Pulsed Faraday rotators are used in high-power
pulsed solid-state laser systems and are designed to protect laser
components of an amplifier chain from back-reflected radiation.
Holographic gratings
There are fabricated large-aperture gold-coated
holographic diffraction gratings. The gratings standard sizes are
210x420 mm.
Focusing objectives
The aspheric lenses and mirrors are designed for
focusing of high-power laser radiation.
Multichannel measuring system
The multichannel system is designed for measuring
of scattered and absorbed energy of pulsed lasers with aid of an
array of special calorimeters.

The laser facility “Progress” is designed to be
used in inertial confinement fusion experiments.
High-Efficiency Light-Laser
Plant
The plant is intended for: welding thin-sheet workpieces
from heterogeneous metal materials such as steel, titanium, zirconium
up to 1 mm in thickness, aluminium alloys up to 1.5 mm in thickness;
hard-facing; soldering; heat treatment.

LIGHT-EMITTING superhigh-frequency DEVICE
The long-lived highly economical superhigh-frequency
light-emitting device was developed on the base of an ecologically
clean electrodeless superhigh-frequency gas-discharge lamp with
argon-sulfuric filling.

optical device for investigation of microobjects in the nanometric
resolution range.
Plasma marker

There has been started fabrication of axial and off-axial aspheric optics up to 800 mm in diameter (paraboloids, hyperboloids, ellipsoids, different surfaces of higher orders).

A new promising trend in development of the sealed ÑÎ2-lasers. In slab gas lasers an active medium is created in the narrow slit clearance.
AIRBORNE COMPACT MULTISPECTRAL SCANNER “ETNA-M”
The scanner “Etna-M” is designed for remote monitoring and mapping of the earth landscape.
Fiber-optical current and voltage sensors for high-voltage circuits
Are a variety of laser devices elements (Pockels and Faraday cells). The sensors are based on new entirely optical technology of current and voltage registration.
LASER COMPLEX FOR COSMETOLOGY
It is intended for treatment of different vascular anomalies in dermatology, cosmetology. In the developers' opinion, the system is promising for use in oncology, for laser therapy of internals.
